Active licensing where required and current insurance documentation for the scope being performed.
Demonstrated project experience in Illinois residential work, infill, renovation, or related field execution.
Ability to hit milestones, maintain workmanship standards, and stay coordinated through delivery.
Clean bids, defined scope, and organized change-order handling without confusion or rework.
Comfort working on practical housing, solar-integrated scopes, and cost-sensitive residential projects.
Small houses, solar-integrated residential builds, land-bank infill, and related scopes that support attainable ownership.
We value clear scope definition, straightforward communication, and a clean path from bid to execution.
